Situation Vacant : “Director of Rugby”
Wairarapa Bush Rugby Union in conjunction with NZRU is seeking expressions of interest for the role “Director of Rugby”
We are looking to place a Director at Chanel, Makoura and Kuranui Colleges.
We are seeking people who are approachable and enthusiastic as well as having a passion for rugby, or sport in general, to develop the administration of rugby within local secondary schools.
The successful candidate will bring the following:
• strong communication skills
• The ability to build relationships and networks with those associated with playing and administrating rugby within the school.
• Good leadership, organisational and administration skills to ensure the promotion and development of rugby with the schools run smoothly. To be successful in the position you must be approachable possess the ability to create sound networks.
There are three positions; each is fixed term/part time, consisting of ten
hours per week for the duration of 28 weeks during the rugby season.
These positions will run from 31st March to 31st October excluding some
holidays.
