Deadball Charlie

Dead Ball Charlie’s Highlights of the week

7 all in the mud – took me back to 1970’s when DBC heard that is was a slugfest is the mud between Eketahuna and Pioneer.

Tuhirangi comes strong in the last four games amassing over 200 points for and almost none against Hands up to Carterton and Martinborough whose late run over the last four weeks gave everyone a hurry up.

Our Rugby Just Brilliant
The WBRU Colts competition is about to start and watch for full details next week – the four teams are North Wairarapa, Central, City and South Wairarapa.
