The Wairarapa Bush Rugby Union (WBRU) is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach to join the Heartlands High Performance Unit.
The role is responsible for the development, delivery and management of the strength and conditioning programme of WBRU Heartland High Performance Unit. The role involves working with the Heartland Team and wider squad, and any other high performance programmes that are managed by the WBRU.
The skills and experience required for this role include:
- Strong, proven skills and comprehensive knowledge and experience in the field of strength and conditioning of rugby teams and players
- Proven leadership ability, and ability to build mutually- beneficial relationships with players
- A qualification in strength and conditioning and/or sport science is preferable
The role is a fixed term approx position
