Union<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Junior Rugby and Rugby Development Manager (based in South Wairarapa)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Start date: February 2022<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">WBRU is pleased to announce as part of our 2022 and 2023 Strategic Plan and with growth in our rugby across the Wairarapa, we are looking to appoint a full-time Junior Rugby and Rugby Development Manager, to be based primarily in the South Wairarapa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Position Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Implement the 2022\/23 Junior Rugby strategy across the union<\/li>\n<li>Provide management and support of the WBRU Junior Advisory Board (JAB)<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Rippa programs across the South Wairarapa<\/li>\n<li>Deliver Small Blacks and Rugby Smart Courses across the South Wairarapa<\/li>\n<li>Implement Junior rugby tournaments and development programs<\/li>\n<li>Provide direct support to the South Wairarapa clubs and Schools<\/li>\n<li>Manage the whole of the Junior Rugby registration process across the union<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Game Development Manager in the promotion of Women&#8217;s and College rugby<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Do you have;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A passion for rugby and sports with experience gained through being involved in rugby or other sports,<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbally,<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organise and run successful game day events (e.g. Rippa tournaments and rugby competitions),<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and IT skills,<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of working with volunteers and volunteer organisations,<\/li>\n<li>A flexible and people orientated approach to their work and,<\/li>\n<li>A very strong self-motivated approach with high level of delivering great experiences for our rugby community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>What WBRU will provide;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Competitive salary and
