In terms of the Unions constitutions viz 9.1 (c) please be advised that the AGM will be held on\u00a0 Monday 14th<\/sup> April 2014.<\/b><\/p>\n

9.1\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Annual General Meetings<\/h2>\n

(a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The Annual General Meeting will be held at a time and place determined by the Board from time to time but in no case shall more than 15 months elapse between each Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n

(b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At each Annual General Meeting the following business shall be transacted:<\/p>\n

(i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Consideration of the Annual Report<\/p>\n

(ii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 consideration of the Statement of Accounts of the Union and the Auditor\u2019s Report<\/p>\n

(iii)\u00a0\u00a0 election of officers<\/p>\n

(iv)\u00a0\u00a0 consideration of any remit submitted by any Club and in respect of which proper notice has been given<\/p>\n

(v)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 consideration of any remit submitted by the Board<\/p>\n

(vi)\u00a0\u00a0 remuneration (if any) of Members of the Board<\/p>\n

(c) The Board shall give 60 clear days notice in writing advising Clubs of the date and place of the meeting.<\/p>\n

(d) Clubs are to deliver remits in writing to the Union no later than 40 days prior to the Annual General Meeting. (5th<\/sup> March 2014<\/strong>) The Board shall give notice of remits to all Clubs 30 days prior to the Annual General Meeting (15th<\/sup> March 2014<\/strong>)<\/p>\n

Please note the deadline for the remits.<\/p>\n
