-
- 1 North Wairarapa Junior Rugby Activator
- 1 South Wairarapa Junior Rugby Activator
Reporting to the WBRU Game Development Manager, working closely with the JAB clubs and the Chair of the WBRU JAB, the Activators will organise, promote, assist clubs and teams in several new initiatives from 2021, namely.
-
- Junior Rugby weekly game formats
- Junior Rippa and Quick Rip tournaments for the benefit of our local clubs and primary schools.
- Events which promotes sports participation for the whole family
WBRU understands you may already be associated with a club, however we do not see this as a barrier as we will be looking to appoint people who have a wholistic approach to participation, growing the game and passion for junior rugby and sport in the Wairarapa.
These roles require self-starters who are well organised, have an ability to think big, never hold back on good ideas and enjoy working with people and organisations from all different parts of our Wairarapa community.
WBRU has a partnership with Wairarapa Cricket, Netball Wairarapa, Wairarapa Tennis and Wairarapa Hockey in promoting quality service and delivery of sport in the region under Kia Hakinakina
