| 9. Appointment of Independent Board Members by the Board Selection Panel | Independent Directors, Jason Carruthers and Sharon Parker are up for re-election for 2022. The Board Selection Panel will announce the 2 Independent Directors appointed for 3 year term. |
| 10. Election of Council of Club Board members | The Constitution requires each year, two (2) appointments to the WBRU Board from the council of clubs, namely the Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Clubs. |
