Newsletter 3rd July

Due to the Ranfurly Shield Challenge on Thursday the Premiers take a rest this weekend so our Newsletter takes a break as well , but in saying that Gladstone played Martinborough last night (Thursday 2nd July) bringing forward their match to have been played next week. Gladstone got up 17 – 10 to record a close victory.

I have been getting into shield fever this week by remembering past Shield Challenges and Defenses.

Also packing my bag for the road-trip Thursday morning with the Supporters bus to Napier …..

Also to the “HURRICANES” , we will be heading over the hill to support our boys as they aim for our first Super Rugby Title against the lads from the deep south .
