Rebecca Mahoney to be in control at National Under 19’s

Wairarapa Bush Referee Rebecca Mahoney will be in control of the Heartland v Tasman match in the Jock Hobbs Memorial Under 19 tournament at Taupo this Friday, it will be her 10th National appointment.

Rebecca also refereed the Hastings Boys v Hamilton Boys National Secondary Schoolboys semi-final at Palmerston North on 2 September.

Her appointment to that match and to the upcoming National Under 19 tournament are both ‘firsts’ for a Women Referee and these are significant achievements.
