Dead Ball Charlie’s Highlights of the week
20 more sleeps to the Ranfurly Shield
Want to be seen on TV? – Lottery are looking to do a story about us.
Yes is true – going to iron my shirt and see if I can video bomb the shooting – great to see the Park being part of a great NZ story.
Not sure if people saw the Wai Coll vs Scots College game on the weekend but the word on the street is Scot’s were impressive while our lads showed great resolve – an 80 metre try by the Scot’s prop!
Well done MIS and Rathkeale for having a junior weight game last night at Colombo road – there is a great willingness by colleges and clubs to work together. Just when you thought there would be no upsets – Eketahuna showed that no team should take anyone for granted in these final rounds.
Four lads in the Hurricanes U18 training squad – rumour has it that this training camp could be Masterton for the next 3 years from 2016.
