Sir Brian Lochore Supreme Award – Club of the Year |
This is to recognise the club who has set a high standard of club rugby and ethics for the year and has a positive influence on the community. |
Pat Shannahan – Premier Player of the Year (Men) |
This is to recognise the player who has achieved honours for his club and his performances can be measured on and off the field. This award is not only for excellence, but he also maintains a high standard of ethics. |
Reserve Player of the Year (Men) | This is to recognise the player who has achieved honours for his club and his performances can be measured on and off the field. This award is not only for excellence, but he also maintains a high standard of ethics. |
Mrs A McPhee Trophy – Premier Player of the Year (Women) |
This is to recognise the player who has achieved honours for her club and her performances can be measured on and off the field. This award is not only for excellence, but she also maintains a high standard of ethics. |
Lane Penn Trophy – Coach of the Year |
This is to recognise the coach with the most outstanding performances for the season. He/she also demonstrates a positive image of coaching and the role of the coach. |
Reserve Coach of the Year | This is to recognise the coach with the most outstanding performances for the season. He/she also demonstrates a positive image of coaching and the role of the coach. |
Eric Kenny Trophy – Rugby Personality of the Year |
This is to recognise the person who has been seen to promote rugby at a social level where enjoyment and community has been at the forefront. |
David Galvin Trophy – Top Administrator of the Year (Senior) |
This is for the member of the club who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in maintaining high standards of administration and so has advanced the professionalism of their club at the Senior Level |
Ron Hughes Trophy – Top Administrator of the Year (Junior) |
This is for the member of the club who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in maintaining high standards of administration and so has advanced the professionalism of their club at the Junior Level |
Kingi Matthews Trophy – Top Māori Player of the Year |
For the club or college Maori player who has achieved the highest representation of the club or college and/or has helped to lead their club or college to excellent performances on and off the field. |
Farry McLeod Trophy – Volunteer of the Year |
This is to recognise the hard working and dedicated members of our clubs and colleges who have demonstrated exceptional leadership and have made significant contributions across a number of areas at their club or in the community |
